A presto!

da roma il 04/giu/2012Hello’ dearests, !! Greetings for Christmas to our new friends in Sorrento! We still talk about our wonderful time and are looking forward to the next time we can come back to see you again.
il 09/lug/2018Two friends and I booked this trip through Edible Destination and we had the best time. Anna Maria, Gianluigi and the entire Villa Pane staff are fabulous. Had a wonderful time in the cooking classes. Our room was perfect and the view absolutely amazing. This was a trip to remember.
il 17/feb/2018Sue, Melanie & I visited Anne Marie and Gianluigi this summer and what a delightful relaxing 11 days we all three enjoyed. Sorrento, the Amalfi coast and the Bay of Naples is amazing if you have a car and explore and enjoy this part of Italy. Nearly every night we were enticed back to the Villa Pane for Anne Marie\'s delightful meals, the ingredients were always either grown on the property or was locally sourced produce. Gianluigi service was faultless. Breakfast is lovely offering a wide choice of fresh ingredients, you will not be disappointed. The room was lovely furnished and homely and comfortable, always spotlessly clean, the view of Sorrento and the Bay of Naples is delightful anytime of the day from your room. The shuttle bus service was fantastic, the drive up the narrow road to the Villa Pane looks easy when Gianluigi drives but with care in a small hatchback hire car the narrow road is not too much of a problem. Sue and Melanie both so much loved joining Anne Marie in her kitchen to be taught and make homemade pasta and other Italian cooking tips Simply Anne Marie and Gianluigi open up their lovely home and always made us feel comfortable, so much so to feel a member of their family with their warmth and thoughtfulness towards us all. We will return that is no doubt, it is a promise, thank you Anne Marie and Gianluigi.
Arrivederci a presto e tante buone cose
il 25/mag/2007Our small group booked a week long cooking excursion at Villa Pane. My accomodations were perfect for someone with a “knee situation”....Thank you! Classes were not only informative but entertaining as well! Love Anna Maria, Gianluigi as well as all of the staff! Perfect amount of free time as well. Love Sorrento and Villa Pane
da Louisville il 20/mar/2018We were really pleasantly surprised by this villa. After having looked at many options for accommodation in Sorrento we don't think we could have made a better choice. Remote, but not isolated thanks to the regular free shuttle bus & we never felt that anything was too much trouble. The evening meals were delicious & Anna Maria obviously cared very much that guests enjoyed her meals. Great views, large accommodating bedrooms. A relaxing oasis away from the bustle of Sorrento. Thank you. Sophie & Lee

da Napoli il 29/gen/2012We had the best week at Villa Pane last Oct. We booked the cooking class through Edible Destination. Anna Maria, her son Gianluigi and assistant Angela are the best. Our cooking class consisted of 9 and was perfect. Who knew I\'d like zucchini flowers and my husband would be making ravioli and pasta at home. Not to mention he\'s made tiramisu & Limoncello! All the meals we made were fabulous - first we cook, then we all eat - family style. The room was very comfortable and the view absolutely beautiful. Breakfast each morning was perfect - different items each day. The grounds, her gardens, flowers, lemon trees, the chickens, everything was just amazing. Anna Maria makes you feel very comfortable from the time you step in the lobby until you sadly have to say goodbye and go home. As I told Anna Maria, we\'ll be back. Thank you Anna Maria. We miss you!
da Louisville, CO USA il 27/feb/2018Mercì beaucoup! Thank you very much for everything. Our stay at Villa Pane has delighted us. We wish you a good continuation. Bye.
il 14/ago/2007Victoria from United Kingdom, August 21, 2012 at 4:13 PM The hotel was extremely clean, weciomlng, and beautiful. The facilities available were above the usual for the level of hotel in this area. The swimming pool, tennis, bowls, and bikes keep you entertained. The room was very spacious an well furnished.
da CHNDMxebvNjs il 14/ott/2015Anna Maria I hope everything is well and wish to thank you, your family and staff for the wonderful time we enjoyed. Getting my "starter" going and looking forward to enjoying my new culinary knowledge. Still in touch. ralphael
da Los Angeles il 17/mag/2017Thank you for a lovely October holiday. We had a great time. Your helpful support was a great assistance.
da Ramsey il 28/ott/2017We had a wonderfull stay at Villa Pane. Both Anna Maria and Gian Luigi did all to make our stay a god experience. Anna Maria made us walk to hideaway beaches, serving good dinners as premiums when we returned. Gian Luigi helped booking sight seeings and bringing us to and picking us up from Sorrento at all times. They really took good care of us at all times.
da Frederiksberg, Denmark il 07/lug/2015We enjoyed our stay at your place. The cooking experience is unforgettable. Your hospitality was superb! What a fun-filled vacation we had at Villa Pane. We have no reservation to recommend your place to other people. Good luck! All the Best!
il 01/giu/2007We just visited Anna Marie at her villa for cooking school. It was the best meal we ever had. And the stories she told and the warmth of her home made the experience something we will never forget.
il 30/mar/2015A friend and I booked this trip through Edible Destinations. I have traveled all over the world and I think Villa Pane was one of my favorite experiences. Anna Maria, Gianluigi and the staff are very welcoming and accommodating to your needs. The villa (Anna Maria's) home is beautiful and comfortable. You are made to feel at home yourself. The cooking classes were relaxed and fun and the food was delicious. Aside from the cooking classes, activities were planned every day, or you could also do whatever you wanted. I would definitely recommend Villa Pane, even if you are not taking the cooking classes.
da Cincinnati il 22/feb/2018We stayed at Villa Pane in July and really enjoyed our stay. In fact, it felt like we\'d struck gold. It is by far one of the most tranquil and beautiful spots in Sorrento. It is very rustic and quiet and so if you are wanting to be in the centre of it all, it\'s probably not the right place for you. Luigi and Anna were so hospitable and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Luigi was fantastic with the shuttle bus service and even gave us a lift to a wedding which we were going to. The only downside is that the service only runs til 11.30 and a taxi up the hill is beyond expensive - it won\'t even go all the way due to the tiny road leading up to the villa. The food was wonderful, breakfast simple but with nice fresh ingredients, some from the farm. The rooms were good and clean. The air con didn\'t really work too well but it isn\'t too hot up on the hill at night. The gardens are swimming pool area were idyllic, surrounded by lemon trees. I would definitely recommend this, especially for couples wanting some quiet and a unique experience.
da Lincoln, UK il 12/feb/2013We were spending couple of days in Sorrento in the end of June with my husbands family (parents, siblings and couple of young children - 8 adults and 2 kids). We really enjoyed our days in Villa Pane, which is in very peaceful and beautiful place and most of all - the host of the small Relais is so helpful and friendly and a masterchef! Anna Marie (host) and her family run the hotel so it feels like you are at home. When we asked her to prepare us some food for dinner, she made us eight-course meal, which was perfect! We ate among other things caprese, mussels, fish with a hint of peperoncino and at the end very delicious lemon cake. She prepared us courses from those ingredients she had bought in the morning from fishers/market sellers... certainly fresh!) Wine was also amazing (Greco di tufo). We asked about the wine and when we were leaving there were one box of this ideal white wine waiting for us to take with us - Anna Maries son San Luigi managed to get it to us from his friend, who produces this wine (you can't buy from shops). We ate there also next evening, cause we realised you can't get any better food from the town. And it was easy to put to sleep the kids and eat there in a lovely terrace were you can smell the lemons and basil they grow by themselves (you could hear to the terrace if children cry - balkony of that room was straight above terrace). And food was delicious again..... And breakfast was also good enough with croissants, bread, cheese, ham, jam, fruits, juice, coffee, cerials,..... Rooms were very cosy and clean. There were even an refrigerator. Bathrooms were very well equipped and clean (almost brand news). Some of the rooms have a great view to the sea. You can even shower and see the sea same time :-) There are about 10 rooms. Size of balconies vary - some rooms have only a french balcony and couple of rooms have so big balconies that there were one or two sunbeds! Upstair-rooms seemed to be little better than those which were in the lover level. But overall nice rooms. Hotel is surrounded by a lovely garden with lemon trees and herbs and flowers. There is also a small pool-area (it is a huge tub) with couple of sunbeds and tables and chairs. From Sorrento city there is about 2 to 3 km to the relais. Cause the end of the road is so steep and narrow, they have a parking space where you can leave your car and they come and pick you up and the other way round (you just call them). Or if you have a small car and you are a brave driver (as my husband with our Fiat500), you can drive straight there (as all the locals do) - there is also a parking space in a garden. They have also a parking space near the center of Sorrento, where you can leave your car while shopping/sightseeing/dining. We even left our car there when we were staying in Capri for couple of days after Sorrento. So I really can say we liked Villa Pane! I don't like hustle and bustle places with too many tourists - like Sorrento-city for me - so the situation of Villa Pane was ideal: near center but at the same time far away from it. But the best things were friendliness and food...and cleanless and peace......all- :-) Thanks Anna Marie and San Luigi (hope I remember your names correctly)!!!! ps. Guido was also lovely. Guido is their very humane and nice dog, who wanted us to play with him :-)
